1. What we collect
SteelySystems LLC (“we”, “us”) collects only what is needed to sell, deliver and support our products.
Information you give us
- Email address — when you request Decision Intelligence Briefs, join a waitlist, or contact us.
- Contact-form contents — your name, email, selected topic and message.
- Order information — your purchase is processed by Whop. We receive your email address, the product purchased and the order status.
We never see your payment details. Card numbers and billing information are collected and stored by Whop, our checkout and payment processor. SteelySystems LLC does not receive, process or store card data.
Information collected automatically
- Log and device data — IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, recorded by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and reliability.
- Usage analytics — aggregate page views and button clicks, if and when site analytics are enabled. See Cookies & analytics.
We do not collect trading account numbers, broker credentials, positions or account balances. Our indicators run locally inside your NinjaTrader 8 installation and do not transmit your chart or account data to us.
2. How we use it
- To deliver purchases, license keys and installation instructions.
- To send Decision Intelligence Briefs and product email you asked for.
- To answer support requests and provide setup assistance.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract (delivering what you bought), consent (marketing email, which you may withdraw at any time), legitimate interests (site security, product improvement) and legal obligation (tax and records).
4. Who we share with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business:
- Whop — checkout, payments, license delivery, membership management.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
- Email service provider — delivery of briefs and product email.
- Analytics provider — aggregate site usage measurement, if enabled.
- Discord — if you choose to join a community channel tied to your purchase.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its handling of your data. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
5. Cookies & analytics
This site uses only what is necessary to function. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. If aggregate analytics are enabled, they are used to count page views and measure which products draw interest — not to build a profile of you.
Links to Whop carry campaign parameters (for example utm_source) so we can tell which page
a visitor came from. These identify the page, not the person.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
6. Retention
Order and license records are kept as long as needed to support your license and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period afterward.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. California residents may request disclosure of the categories of information collected and may opt out of “sales” of personal information — we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You will not be treated differently for making a request.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and payment processing is handled entirely by Whop. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our products are sold to adults. The site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the business changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
